Default engine check

my engine check light is on. anyone know what kind of engine problems i might be having?

Get it read at AutoZone, and search a bit before you post. Get the code and get back to us.

Not unless you feel like probing your OBDII Diagnostic Port. AutoZone does it for FREE!!

edit: I smell a P0420.

im not sure what code P0420, but my car doesnt push as hard. or maybe my accord was messed up in the first place. i have a 98 accord sedan. 3.2L. like, it used to feel fast and you can feel the automatic transmission switch gears.... is it supposed to be like that? it jerks like its a manual

you can feel it switch gears on 3000rpm when you lightly hold it down. but when you step on it a little harder, it switches on 4000rpm.

jumping 2 pins and counting flashes < quick drive to autozone
