Default problem w/ my 94 Accord

My 94 Accord EX just cut off on me. I had to wait before I could start the car up again. The gauges stopped working right before it cut off and the ABS light cut on. I waited 5 minutes and the car started up and I was able to make it home. It will cut on...but once you turn off the car you have to wait before you can restart it. It has a new battery. What could the problem be?

You need to trouble shoot and see if it is an Ignition or a Fuel problem.

1. Check for Spark
2. Diagnose if no Spark (ie...ignitor, dizzy, plugs, coil or whatever)
3. Next check to see if fuel is getting to the pistons
4. Might be a main fuel relay problem but i gotta feeling its electrical.

sounds like a problem with the ECU, you're not loosing power cause the ABS light came on, but everything else is dying. Go check to see if the ECU is giving codes
