i have a 98 v6 coupe accord and last night it started making a wierd noise... it sounds to be coming from the engine.
the noise sounds like "ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo"
is this sound firmiliar with any of you? is it something i should be worried about?

 

You're giong to have to MUCH more specific than that. Does it happen at a certain RPM? When the car is hot?? cold??

 

Is it deep or more high pitched? For some reason that sound automatically triggered in my mind the sound of the oil cap off at idle. But that's probably not it .

 

its more like a constant hum at all speeds... its a new noise.. i just noticed it last night
