The hoods don't even attach the same. The headlights use different mount points. The front clips aren't the same height because the TSX uses a larger radiator in height.

Putting a TSX nose on a 6th gen is about as easy as swapping a 6th gen nose to a Lude.

You'd have to graft the front of the TSX fenter to the Accord fender to even begin the job, not to mention the contours aren't the same.

This would be a massive project.

exactly, it would be cheaper to just buy a used TSX. at least you'd have a pretty solid motor to start off with.

i think skabone69 is confused. whos talkin about motors, or buying a car? no one said anything about either of those, we are trying to get a front end of a tsx on an accord, not buy a new car.

Since nothing will bolt on, you will need to cut the Accord fender in half and the TSX fender in half and weld and body work the pair to match, then you need to do the same with the hood. Plus find a way to make the much taller TSX nose fit the Accord frame.

In the end, selling one car and buying the other may just be cheaper...

And his point was buying a TSX gives you a much better engine package then the Accord. Why have a TSX nose when you could have the entire car.

I don't know exactly what that's a link of but that's not a TSX anything on that car. The TSX is really defined by it's headlights which bend completely the other direction from the Accord. Also the TSX front fender is defined by it's concave and convex bend at the midline, the 6th gen Accord has none of this. The 7th does to some degree.

If you want to put some odd bizarre bumper on your Accord and call it a TSX front end far be it from me to question that call. But a TSX nose is defined by having TSX parts? I fail to see how either car has a TSX front end, hell neither even has a TSX grille? And both still use an Accord hood, fenders, and headlights. So you have a 6th gen with a unique bumper, how the hell is that a TSX conversion?

Accord 6th gen...

TSX...

up close -- fender contours, hood with flat leading edge, and headlights that would never fit an Accord.
