Did you get a flat or blow a tire? if its a flat just have it fixed, i beleive you fix a flat 3 times tops before you have to get another or leaking occurs...............if you need a new one try TIRERACK.COM, your tire comes out to about $144....

I live in Ontario. Drop by Toronto for some deals but make sure the manufactured date isn't too old.

Active Green and Ross is OK. They have occasional specials on Michelins.

i don't know how it is in canada, but check out any tire center (shop) and see if they have your tire... I would think that your tire is beyond repair (I would assume that you or your mom drove on a flat tire for some time since you mentioned the rim might be bent...)

A word of advice, I would stay away from Michelline... I had them on my 2005 Accord Coupe V6. Tires are very nice, don't get me wrong, but they wear out very quickly and they are VERY expensive. I had to pay $250 USD per tire!!! In other words, check out what's available on the market for your tire size and get something else (cheaper and better)

Good luck!
