i have a 1991 accord that the tach idles irratically when accelerating and when is at idle the tach in not steady it keeps movin up and down. anyone have any ideas on what might be going on with my accord?.............. by the way my car stumbles on slow accelerating, the fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs and wires are new. anyone has any idea what is wrong? thanks

 

For the erratic idle I would check the IACV. The stumbling points to clogged EGR ports.

 

when you say the tac ides erraticlly, do you mean the motor or just the tac is bouncing?
