While I am replacing the distributor, I figured I should replace the cheapy plug wires on it. The dealer wants $85 for the OE but I found a set of Bosch's for about $48. Anyone have any experience with either or good luck with something else?

 

you can try NGK wires, but i don't think that'll make a big difference on the car...

 

Stay OEM with your wires. If anything, the OEM wires will outperform most if not all aftermarket wire sets.

 

yea stay OEM...I've talked to jeff evans, a well known tuner from PA...i talked to him when i had probs with the teg.....anyways he was running a boosted civic that had on the show PINKS, he used OEM ignition and said they run fine and can handle the power so not unless you have over ~600 hp leave it alone

 

What is the milage of your car now? Can you share the reason why you changing the distributor? Was there any problem with it?
