Default custom piping question

ok so i decided to get 5zigen fireball axle back along with custom mandrel bent piping, so i went to one of the biggest muffler shop in town to see if they can make it. the answer is NO. instead, what they would do is to use 2-3 U pipes depending on how many bends are on my car and weld them. and they want $220, including, flange, hangers, gasket, 2.25 pipes and labour. They said, there's no one on this fawking island, Victoria, BC, that has mandrel bender. since im a noob about this, im not sure if 220 is a good deal or not. does any of you can help me out on this? will 2.25 custom piping really make a big different than stock pipes, sound wise?

is it too high or what? what usually is the price difference between axle back and custom pipes combo and the full catback, such as greddy Evo?

okay, I have a '96 v6 and it cost me $80 for install plus changing the piping to 2.25 no mandrel. Thats b/c I had the hook ups. Usually its $120. Also, shouldn't your stock be 2.25? so shouldn't you be going to 2.5"?
Sound wise, I can't really say what it woulda sounded like if I didn't do it cuz I didn't op for that way and I think the v6 in mine also plays a role in how it sounds.
Power wise, iono, guess I feel a little diff since I got a poorman's cai past 3k, maybe its in my head.

I shall confirm!
Stock on I4 is probably 1.75"...I know it is less than 2", because the Acura TL-S cans I have are 2" at the inlet, and they have bigger piping than Accords.

I'd go 2" if I were you, but if the inlet of the 5zigen is 2.25, you could do that.
