Default S2000 Push Start Button

I was wondering how to install one of these buttons into an Accord. I have a 6th Gen. 4 Cyl. Accord. I got a relay and the button and wires to connect it all together. We tried it on my friends car and the car wouldn't start. The ignition fuse shorted. Does anyone know how to do this install? Btw, I got the kit from Hiper Industries. The kit came with a red button, a 12vdc 40a relay, and 6 wires.

Same as if you started it normally I believe...you turn the key to the II notch and push the button I believe. Maybe you have to turn the key all the way to start and push the button...I'm not sure.

You have to have the key inside the ignition and in the "ON" position, then you can push the ingnition button. At least that is the set-up on the one I read about. BTW...you can get the actual button from Honda Parts Dept.

That came out really bad bro. If you're talking about the S2000's push button, you turn the key to the "ON" II position, then push the button.
