I have a 1999 Accord LX with after market programming. I damaged one of my keyless entry remotes and now need to get a new one and program it. Can I just buy a new remote and then program it as the old ones are now hard to find. Also what is programming instructions. Thanks.

 

You could call or check the website of the manufacturer of your keyless entry system and see if they have a viable replacement but honestly a whole new keyless entry system is el cheapo. You can buy them for like $40 or less.
