She said there was two orange wires that she didn't use, or tape up. She going out to correct that now.

AF, which relay?

I'm not sure what relay it is, I've yet to dig apart a 6th gen Accord's electrical system. But the symptoms scream relay.

OK, all fixed. Stereo nailed it. Found one of the un-used illumination wires with a burnt tip from where it had shorted to ground. Taped up any un-used wires, then replaced a burnt fuse in the box on the pass. side. Thanks to all who replied.
