Accord flutters when trying to start
OK Gang,
My friend ask me to submit this one. His '91 Accord EX flutters, as if it's trying to turn over and start, but it won't. It'll take him several tries and about 30-45 minutes before it does start. This happens infrequently, about every other day or so.
