I have something like them. They work good but sometimes the halo bulb will go out. Two of mine did but they were the same ones on both headlights so it looks fine. Bought them off ebay

I trust Ebay, but not everyone who sells on it. Check out
the feedbacks to help you decide.

halo is just for looks, not to be able to see at night. that what the main headlight is for. but can you really see the halo at night with the main light on? plus i heard some bad things about those light, like leakage and bad projection at night.

dont even buy tyc projectors, unless you plan to throw some hid conversions in them. projectors used with a halogen bulb were just a bad idea to begin with in my opinion. i pulled up to a riced out 94 ex, just like mine, and i noticed his light output was really crappy, like his bulbs were dimming. pulled in front, and it was them goddamn projectors...

-generic ebay shit usually has crappy output and condensation problems.

-stick to stock, or if you still want projectors.... get TYC.

i bought i set of those for my ef, before i installed them i put a nice seal of clear rtv silicone around the plastic and the clear cover, enough so no condensation gets in, but not enough to be noticed when looking at them. i have no problem with light output, currently running silverstars and the light extends 100's of feet in front of the car illuminating everything. some people just put these down because ricers killed them off but i like the look of them over the stock lights, even ones retrofitted. i say if you want them, then get them. it's your car anyways.
