Default Buying the 06 Ex-L Coupe

I am currently lookin to buy the 06 Ex-L Coupe for my brother (I own the 05 Ex-L sedan). I went to a few dealerships last week and the best deal I got is $22,750 OTR (on the road). This is after a lot of haggling and pushing the car sales people to their limit. The invoice listed on KBB is ~$23k+TT&L ofcourse. do yall think this is a good deal or am I just getting ripped off? I would have loved to go bk to the dealer who I got the accord from last year, but I moved from Austin, Tx to MD. Any input would be good. I wanna get this by next week, hoping dealers would knock somethign off for Memorial day, and it being the close of the month. Appreciate it.

my bad, yea its an auto. oh, and it also includes the "standard" kit that these dealers love to put on. mudguards, wheel locks, door guards and exterior weather color proof "stuff".

not sure what all has changed since 04 but my 05 sedan's interior is exactly like the 06.
