Hi all. I have a 99 honda accord coupe ex. My check engine light came on like a few days ago. I hav eno wnoticed that my lights on my dash board are very dim. No other change I cna tell. Anyone know what this might be? I need to do some running around. Just afraid I may get stuck. TY

 

I recomend you go to a Autozone or Advance, where they should be able to pull the engine code for you and diagnose your battery and alternator. I think your alternator could be going out, but that's just a guess.

 

Thats what I was thinking, ut wouldnt my headlight be dim as well. Advanced or autozone can check that for me?

 

Ok I went to advanced and they told me it was my aux emissions control. What the heck is that. They gave me the code number. Where can I go to look it up?
