Default what kind of clutch and cams should I go with?

first off, I own a 91 accord 4dr ex.
Im low on clutch, and I will be installing new clutch; as soon as I know which kind and type is most suitable for my vehicle. Should I go with oem, stage 1, 2, 3, etc? as for cams, how effective are they anyways? Is it worth the money? horse power gain? what brand would be best for these two parts?

just get a stage one exedy clutch if you plan on going somewhere with those cams.
otherwise the exedy oem works great, mine grips pretty well

check out the delta regrind option, cheap, yet hella people have it on their car (check out cb7tuner.com)
currently there are two main options
mild=260 (somewhat stock)
milder=272

otherwise i sold my Gude non vtec cam for like 125

As for my flywheel? Should I consider replacing it too?

yes sir, try a 13lb flywheel.
it will drastically change the speed of the revving.
