Default Honda Accord cd/electric problems

A few weeks ago i was trying to put in a new cd player in my 2000 honda accord 5 spd. While i was doing this i blew a fuse or at least i thought i did.

Its been several weeks since then and i have checked and changed all fuses.

My cd player, and power outlet do not work.

I took it down to autozone they said it could be a blown wire.

They said to go to circuit city to get it checked out so i went there and they said it would cost like 100 dollars to check it out and fix it i dont have the money

by the way there are 2 wires hanging from under the steering wheel area i dont know if this has any effect on that.

can some one help me out please?

check the fuses in both inside left and right and under the hood (3) by pulling them out 1 at a time should find the blown one!
