H.I.D conversions
I got a simple 9006 type kit from Xenonpros.com , seems like an ok kit so far...$300 shipped.
However, I have the bulbs in NOPI Sonar aftermarket clear housings this week, but I hope to have them in OE new housings with a yellow tint applied next week.
I'm going more for the GT class LeMans look then real HID's.

please clear this up for me whats the difference between a retrofit and a conversion kit? i know that a coversion consists of a ballasts that plug in to each of the harnesses and, also how can i disable the drls?
a (conversion) kit is ballasts and rebased bulbs that plug right into your stock reflectors. (plug and play)
a retrofit is taking projector units and fitting them into your stock housing.... this option is more costly, but has better looks/performance
