Default Accord LX (not SE) with a factory sunroof?

Look through the pics, looks like a factory install... never heard of this...

iirc, honda never offered an optional sunroof for the lx models.... so i guess it is aftermarket :dunno:

I just saw a '95 LX for sale in the paper the other day and they said it had a sunroof too. Are you sure it wasn't an option? :thinking:

LX never had a sunroof-ever, but I think classic soft trim offers OE look sunroofs 3rd party. They look very OE to me.

google classic soft trim and check them out.

Its a aftermarket for sure, Honda did not offer a moonroof
on a LX. The biggest problem with the aftermarket if finding
someone to work on it, or finding parts if something goes wrong.
Our dealer won't even look at it once they found out its not factory.

i knew i had never heard of this... now that i look @ it, it looks like the headliner isn't the standard issue vinyl... i want one, the only thing that has kept me from gettin one so far, is that i don't want it to look aftermarket... classy install

didn't know that LX had the door mounted courtesy lights like the EX either... all the aftermarket roofs i've seen have trim around the opening instead of the rolled metal edge like factory - that's what i hate about aftermarket, cause most of them sit up above the roofline and don't really sit flush
