Tein S tech question

My friend told me that this springs does not require aftermarket shocks with it. And it is especially made for use with OE shocks/struts. Is this true? Thanks.

stock struts are made for stock springs... a <1.5" drop would be fine for a while, but any aftermarket (lowering) spring will decrease the life of the stock shocks
