No. And there's absolutely nothing worth buying for that motor, the tranny will blow quickly. If you had wanted to modify your car heavily you should've gotten the 4 cylinder model to swap an H22A/H23 into.

+1

I agree completely. The V6's are great and all, but not good for a turbo/sc addition. My buddy tried it with his V6 and it did not go over well at all.

yes, as far as I know for the 1995, I am assuming they are all the same. But it involes minor (maybe a little more then minor) custom work. There are only 2 5 speed swaped V6s I know of.

the trans is from the 88-91 (sort of guessed those years but its around there somewhere) acura legend.

"cowgod" is someone who has done this swap and documented it quite well might I add.

Sorry bro
only the 4cyl EX model stocked VTEC for the 5th gen accords.
As previously stated, you do have options, but they can be a little pricey.
Best thing to do is swap on the manual tranny from a Acura legend. I remember a link on how to do that somewhere, I'll see if I can find it

Man who's put the jigger in your britches lately. You've just been letting'em rip like a fat man at a baked bean eating contest.

But I do concure with the over all theme here.

 WTF??

It's true man, it's true :chuckles: The C27 is a POS compared to an H, F or J series engine.

I don't know about the engine, but the c27 6cyl Accord that generation was a freak. the front was stretched to fit the 6cyl, finding parts to fit is a nightmare. And the HP wasn't spectacular ~170hp?, I think a 5-spd 2.2 4cyl ~148hp? was still faster.

I would much rather have the 96-99 CL, it's still a somewhat stretched 5th gen Accord to fit the J-series I think. But the chassis was at least consistent between the 2.2/2.3 and 3.0 CLs. The CL would be the better 6 to tweak IMO.

My dream 5th gen would still be a sub 25,000mi 1997 2.2 EX Wagon 5-spd though.
