disassemble 01 accord armrest?

how do i disassemble the 01 accord arm rest? I want to wire an ipod and hide it in my arm rest console.

heres a pdf for installing a cd changer in the center armrest.... it shows yoy how to remove the entire console, but you should be able to get an idea on what you need to remove to route the wires.
