Default '94 Accord: no electrical power

Just as the title says, my car currently has no electrical power (except brake lights and hazards). The car was involved in an accident a few months ago but has run since then. One day I started the car, and it ran fine until i shifted out of park and into reverse which is when it died. I haven't had any power since. I had the battery checked out, just in case, and they said it was still good it just had a low charge. Not low enough, however, for things like power door locks or lights to work. Any ideas on what could be the problem?

Check the main fuse? its a 100 amp fuse inside the under hood fuse box.

Does the car crank if you try to start it?

How do I check a 100 amp fuse? Isn't it really just a relay? No, the car doesn't crank when I try to start it. It doesn't do much of anything really. Like I said, no lights or power to anything, and nothing when I turn the key.
