Engine Died
While driving my 91 Honda Accord at about 35 mph, the engine lost power. All the accessories still worked. When starting, the engine turns over and combustion begins but as soon as the starter key is released the engine dies. Any ideas?
first check to make sure u have gas in the car
and then u can check the fuel pump fuse and make sure u are getting fuel to the injectors.
u can also pop up ur valve cover and then pry the timing belt cover a lil bit to make sure it is still in tact, if its not then u might need a new engine. if its still good get back 2 us and tell us what u found so far.
if u are lazy or dont feel like doing that stuff then go 2 a mechanic

my bet is the ignition / distributor (they are known to go bad in those year cars)
do what phat99accord said, but also check your cap and rotor to see
if there is rust around, are inside the cap.....
if that is the case the barrings are bad in the distributor..
