uhm, i tried going about this in my friends car and it is very odd that the trim around the stereo and climate control goes all the way through the cluster. i dont get how to do it...i took out the 2 screws above the stereo, took the center console out(which i really noticed was unneccessary but w/e) then took out the 2 screws on the bottom of the trim....wtf do i do to get the stereo and stock cd player out?

the trim stays on the dash, the radio is secured from the rear and slides out of the dash.
