Hi, my friend's friend has a set of 16 inch rims for sale. His car is a 99 civic ex 2 doors. My car is a 94 accord lx 4 doors. From my understanding, his bolt pattern is 4 x 100 and mine is 4 x114.3. But he said he put that on a 97 accord before. My question here is, will it fit? Thanks for all input.

 

Some aftermarket wheels have a "universal lug pattern" where it could accomodate two different lug patterns.

A lot of wheels usually have a 4x100 and 4x114.3 lug pattern to fit many different Honda models (for example the civic and accord).

If it's an OEM wheel, then probably not as OE manufacturers do not make universal lug patterns on their wheels.

if aftermarket wheels then it might have the multilug pattern and it will fit
im guessing that they are not stock rims bc no civics but the si have 16inchers

if they are a 4lug pattern then they will not fit

 

that's exactly what I think. Those rims are aftermarket rims, and only has 4 holes on each. He keep saying that he put those rims on a 97 accord before which has the same lug pattern as mine. I am thinking is he lying or what.

i have never seen anyone do a swap to change the lug pattern from a civic to and accord or vice versa.


If he is so sure of himself then let him try 2 put them on ur accord and watch his face when he realises that hes an idiot
