wonder how much to powder coat rims?

 

I was thinking to retrofit my oem headlights with HID kit. But i remember my gen2 headlights "space ship". I was thinking if i could put an HID kit on these while im planning on gettin HID sooner than expected. what do u guys think? is is posible?
