Default Strange hitch in steering feel

On my 94 Accord, there is a strange feel when turning the steering wheel to the right. At about 1/4 turn, there is a very soft thunk and the wheel seems to slip fractionally farther right. Same thing when turning back to straight (although, then the slip is a little to the left). No noise or slip, however, when turning from straight to the left at all. Nor do I feel it when driving at speed, only when less than 10 mph. No clicking at all turning either direction, and no noise or slip past 1/4 turn.

Car is lowered on Koni yellows and H&R sports. Been that way for about 3 months now and 2 autocross events. Only started noticing the problem this week.

check your front sway bar bushings. theyre removed sometime when you get your car lowered, and they dont seat properly when reassembles.
