I'd check the EGR / throttlebody. Sounds like a valve is jammed open.

werd to the e3, a bad EGR valve or clogged EGR ports will make the car stall at idle. A bad IACV will make the idle fluctuate, right?

IACV and the FITV (fast idle thermo valve) causes a bouncing surging idle ... as if someone were rev'ing the engine.

i changed the IACV because i had the fluctuating problem and now my car doesnt fluctucate since then but my idle is just real low. i will try the egr valve. someone also told me to try to put the idle higher by turning the screw on the throttle body. but idk.

Doing that would just put a band-aid on an already exsisting problem. Do it once, do it right.
