Adding Vtec?
Can i add VTEC head to my engine on my accord its a f22 sohc 2.2?
Will it be smog legal in california?

You could do a sleeper turbo setup, do know about smog checks though. I highly doubt you'd pass.

do some research first, it doesn't sound like you have a firm grasp on what either of these do. you also need to set a goal of what type of performance you are hoping to get.
