what generation is the 02 accord
just get an mp3 enabled headunit.
You can get up to 9 MP3 (192kbps encoded) albums onto one disc. The albums are sortable by folders. It's very easy to find and organize songs.
if you have 6 mp3 album discs, it's like carrying 54 cds on you.

There are brackets that hold in the old radio, you transplant and re-use those. If you have a double din radio, you'll need a dash pocket to fill the gap. If you purchase from Crutchfield.com, you get a free dash install kit (pocket included) and the ever important wire harness for free.
Something else to think about is a sony headunit that plays atrac3plus format. Then, you just need to find a copy of sonicstage and you can have about 460 songs on a cd. I haven't noticed a different in mp3 to atrac3plus sound quality either. If 460songs a cd doesn't do it for you, then you can always get a compatible multidisc changer and put it in the trunk. Crutchfield.com is where I got mine, couldn't be happier with it.
