Default My JDM H22A has finally arrived!

Hey guys... my h22 has finally came, the condition looks pretty neat...

Firstly gonna start some work on the engine, change the necessarily things, like timing belt, gaskets, filters...

probably paint the valve cover as well....

I have one question... about the engine, it came with 4-2-1 stainless steel headers, but i dunno what brand it is it has a JASMA badge or logo on it...????

Its looks like a rainbow goldish colour i guess due to its small use...

its from those 2 piece headers looks similar to this greddy one...

however it only came with the first part that connects to the block... will i be able to get the other bit from an exhaust shop or will i have to look at getting a new header?

Ill will post pics of the swap when i start it this weekend

Yeah Complete Engine, Came with 5Spd Manual + ECU + Intake manifold + headers + the engine heheh

I wonder how much it would cost to get them shipped from australia to america...

I think our local car junkies get them in as scrap man, stuff like this in japan become other guys treasure, if they ask us to pay $2K US for a H22A, people probably go out and buy a old car for that much!h:

The place is in Melbourne Australia, so i really dun know what the shipping charges of engines are these days... but for $2100 ozzie dollars, its not to bad....

All my friends think its a waste of dosh and i should just sell the 5th gen and get myself a Lude....

They THink the accord is heavier then the LUDE but i reckon they are wrong...

I will be really happy to get this car to run 14's

My friends got a really rare 91 4th GEN VTi-R Lude (equiv Prelude Si VTEC) that things like a prototype JDM Lude

Puts 110Kw at the wheels stock on the dyno... my aim is to go quicker....

How much are SPOON cam shafts down there... $2K US is like $4K Australian... Our ecconmoy sucks bad
