Default BiG COOling system problem...HELP PLEASE!

OK guys i own a 94 accord ex(4 door)...my problem is that my car doesnt warm up at all...the needle on the dash stays all the way down no matter what...i check my thermostat and it seems to be fine because both Hoses are warm/hot. My Car has nooo heat at all..it only blows normal air...and u kno the knob that controls the speed of the air going into the car..well it goes from 1-4...well it only blows air on number 4..i think thats a switch problem..im not sure...im pretty good with cars except when it comes to the cooling system...so i would appreciate any suggestions or tips...thank u so much guys!

For a first simple check pull the knobs off and inspect them for damage. If they are broken it won't turn the rod, it'll just spin.

Now if they are okay, then we can trouble shoot more. If both hoses are open, then the thermostat should be opening like it should. Let us know what you find out.

Check the thermoswitch? Should be a sensor that's near the thermostat housing.
