Default problems with 92 accord HELP

the car was cutting off while in motion and foot on the gas and such, and just cut back on with out me doing anything at all. all the needles would drop. i replaced the ignition switch. the car was doing fine all week until the car was hard to start this morning and it began to cut off when on the way to school. what could it be? i've heard that a bad ground could contribute to this, where are all of the grounds on the motor/chasis?and are there any other possible things to check on this?

aslo, what is the procedure on replacing driver side CV joint/axle?
