I guarentee you you'll give up halfway through. It's not even worth it.

How can you say it's not worth it. But i have the knowledge. I'm in college for that kinda stuff right now. I can't believe you don't think it's worth having the only rear-wheel drive accord

The thing that makes the S2000 great is its size and weight. By plopping on a tubby Accord skin with interior, you lose all the performance. Yay that my Accord has RWD, boo ... it's slower than all the 06 models and looks 13 years old.

a 90-93 accord weighs maybe 500 to 800 pounds more than a S2000, plus i'll be puting what 200+ horse and torque to the ground when i stock accord in that year puts down maybe 90 to 100 at the most. The cars going to be pretty damn quick. Plus i like the older body styles better than the newer. It would dominate the new accords with more horse and torque and power to weight ratio

FYI: The 4th gen Accord is basically the same weight as the S2K. According to Honda's website the S2K is 2855 lbs. I couldn't find specs on the 4th genner, but the 5th gen Accord is 2850-2900lbs or so. I'm sure the 4th gen Accord is a bit lighter than the 5th gen...it could end up that the 4th gen is lighter.

Now does that make it a good idea? No...unless you already have nice cars and you're just bored and want to make something different.

If you are dead set on RWD, then buy a used RWD car for the same amount of money you plan on spending on this project.

But if just want to make something different and don't have expectations of it being the most amazing thing ever, then sure, go for it.

I don't have the many cars...i'm not rich. I'm a country boy that wants to put a little rear-wheel drive under the accords ass. I don't want a rear-wheel drive that everyone else has i want one that s one of a kind. I don't expect to run the dog crap out of this car i want people to see a long. mounted engine in an accord i'm not a person that gets off on speed. Lots of you people say i can't do so that makes me want to do it even more and when i'm done you people are going to be amazed!!!!!

85% of people don't even know if their own car is FWD or RWD, I dont think you'll be confusing too many people.
