My 92 Accord doesn't crank in cold weather. When the key is turned, all the usual stuff on the dash lights up, I can hear the fuel pump, but there's not a sound from under the hood, no cranking, no clicks, nothing. This seems to happen when the temp is below about 15F. When warmer, it starts fine. Any ideas? Thanks.
Check the battery, make sure that it has enough power to get you started. Cold weather kills older units.
The battery is fairly new, and fine--I've checked the connections and they're clean. Booster cables don't even make any difference. Is there any reason the starter and/or solenoid wouldn't work when very cold, but will when warmer?
One thing to try, twist the key to the "on" position for a minute, then try starting the car. It could be an electrical problem between the ignition switch and the starter.

PGM-FI Main Relays tend to not work in certain weather conditions but work in others. There's an audible way to test if it's bad, do a search.
