ok so i decided to just do a fluid change any one know how many quarts i put in after the first drain? drain it , then add 3 quarts, then repeat 2 more times between the next 2 weeks, does that sound right?

yup, remmeber that ATF fluid qualifies as motor oil when dumping it, so you can just combine it all

ok so i just popped open the drain plug and man the fuild lokks like dark motor oil i guess it was time for a drain good thing i got around to it before it crapped out on me well weird thing i drian it for a couple of seconds then once all the fluid was finished it started to rain so i am waiting for the rain to relax so i can go back out there to fill it up. will update how the performance is when i finish refilling it. Thanks for the advice guys i fill that drainning it was the better thing to do.

Filled and test drived, and oh man great difference, smoother shifting no more jerking heads, but it did have a good racing feeling but rather have my tranny running with good fluid thanks guys.

Directly under the right-side axle, where it's attached to the tranny. The plug has a square hole so you use a 3/8" socket extension without any socket.

Fill thru the dipstick hole.
