Default pmg-f1

Thoughout the day, I'll start and turn off my 2000 Honda Accord a few times. When I go to start it, the engine will turn over and than stall. The dealer said it is the pmg-f1 main relay. As you can see I don't know much about cars.
At the start of my day, the car starts fine. As I start to use it throughout the day and the car is not cold anymore, I can tell a difference. The engine sounds very quite, and I can tell it seems weaker. I have 101,000 mi. on the car. This happened before at about 98,000 mi. and the dealer replaced the pmg-f1 main relay under the dash. Personally I think they did not or they gave me a used on. Because it is happening again. This does not happen every day, but once is enough. I have to wait for the car to cool down before it will start again.
Can anyone help me.

almost does sound like they took u for a ride... sounds like the symptoms of a faulty main relay.
