Default Flywheel opinions

I'm lookin at this for my 94 accord 4cyl auto. I am a total noooob.
Is this any good? Will will it give me? Whats envolved in install?

ive heard act is good parts. basically u have to remove wheels, remove drive axles, remove tranmission, remove clutch, remove flywhell and install in reverse process...pick up a repair nanual from an auto parts store and you know exactly whats involved
