I need to remove and replace the front bumper on 1996 Accord. Any suggestions? Thank you.

 

Don't know specifically what you're looking for, but this is what I'd suggest given the amount of information you're presenting about the problem.

Buy a new bumper, get it painted the same color as your car.
Remove your old bumper by first taking out your turn signal lights and then the grill, then the bumper beam bolts, the 2 screws that hold the bumper on on the front of the wheel wells, remove the bumper.

Unbolt the old bumper from the old bumper beam.

Installation is reverse of removal.
