Default NGK spark plug wires.

how can you tell wheather the blue NGK spark plug wires are real and not knock offs. i orderd some from ebay and wanted to know. they came in a box that wasnt sealed but just flaps to close the box. anyone kno the core size of ngk wires? is it 7mm? or 7.5mm.

Test the resistance and then do it again after 50k miles. I guarentee they don't last nearly as long as the ones Honda puts in.

And what kind of plugs do you think Honda uses?

EDIT...I thought this was about plugs...not wires.

I've used NGK wires on my car in the past and they worked great. I really liked them. However, I ultimately paid the extra and just went back to Honda OEM.

Run the NGK-R wire if you're going to use NGK or you could really step up to Magnacor.

why would u go back to honda oem wires? i would too but they more expensive cuz its oem. i found a good price on ngk blue wires tho.. soo i guess ima get them. i just hope they as durable as honda oem wires, the ones i have in my car are like 8-10 yeras old and still run great, its just that the rubber coating is wearing down a bit now.
