Default 92 ACCORD-Shifting Hard

I just replaced the waterpump and timing belt,and now the car shifts hard and winds out to much in 1st and 2nd ,any idea's as to what would cause this?(2.2 automatic)

You sure it isn't a mental thing? Those parts replaced should have no impact on your transmission.

Have you gotten your transmission fluid changed (not flushed) recently? That might help too.

Yep. A good ol' fluid change out can sometimes help clear those little things up. But the other two things aren't related.

Just had my timing belt and water pump changed in my 92 Accord. The $600 or more bill will mess with the fluid in your head alright... Mine's a manual though, good luck...
