Default why does my accord vibrate so much??

i checked my idle, its normal. i checked my mounts and they seem normal. i dont kno why else my car vibrates so much at a stop light, and parked. could it be my valve springs? any timing belts being to tight? or maybe one of my solenoids is clogged... anyone got any suggestions? my motor has 105k miles and my tranny has somewhere under 80k miles.

your ignition system could be a cause of that eratic idle. when was the last time you had a tune up? replacing your distibutor cap and rotor, spark plug ignition wires, and spark plugs could make your car run a little smoother as well as give you better fuel mileage.

i got everything done except, spark plug wires, distributor cap and rotor. does that really make a difference in the cars vibration during idle? im actually getting new spark plug wires cuz my old ones are cracking, also thinking about buying distributor cap and rotor. so having a worn out old distributor cap and rotor will make my car idle irradictly? and spark plug wires?

the wires, cap, rotor, and plugs being old would definately contribute to that irratic idle. plus, you're doing regular maintainence.
