Default 98 accord 4 cyl problem

i have a 98 accord ex 4 cyl, two weeks ago i let my gas get really low and it was very cold that night, next time i started it up, my battery was dead, after jumping the battery, the car was running really ruff, once warmed up it idled fine, now no matter if im in park or if i have the car in gear, at 2500 rpms it just loses power and makes a noise as if im reving the gas, and if i put the pedal all the way down it acts like it just wants to die, but its at 2500 rpms every time, i've tried dry gas, fuel injector cleaner, new spark plugs, new spark plug wires, cap & rotor, checked my air intake, took out the fuel pump(filter looked fine), today i finally brought it to a 3 different shops and no one can get an trouble code off the car, my check engine light is on, the people who did the testing are saying the computer might be bad, any suggestions???

The gauges don't work or it just idles at 2500, when its revving up and down does the RPM needle coincide with the revving?

Might have a vacuum leak, I dont know how to find engine codes on 98 Accord, Check the coolant level. If its low fill it and if that doesnt fix it take it to the dealership.

My car have the same problem but i have a 2001 Accord turbocharged. Well, i just done installed the turbo and tried a test drive. First i started out going about 10-20mph, then 30-40, and so on and it performs fine to me. When i decided to step heavier on the Gas peddle to see how much different in speed when turbocharged and not turbo, but then there's like a sound as it's losing power and the car wants to quit (but the engine still running). I have installed 450cc injectors along with the FMU. Do i need anything else or an Apexi or something. Does it mean when i replaced the stock injectors with the 450cc injectors plus the FMu, will the Fuel automatically pump more fuel to my engine or the Engine still reads stock fuel until i tune it up with the Apexi???? Please advise if anyone knows what's the problem is? The car only performs like that when i have the Turbo connected to the intake, but when i disconnect the pipe (stop air going to the intake) then the car is doing fine.
