91 Accord - Completely dead electrical
Hello; I'm over here from the Legend forum.
My daughter has a 91 Accord and I'm trying to diagnose her problem from a few thousand miles away.
There is no electrical power whatsoever. First- my daughter tried the (alarm) remote to unlock the doors, and there was no chirp. She noticed the door locks (driver's side only) moving up very slowly, then nothing. No lights on the dash. When they tried to jump the car, there was no electrical at all. Totally dead. This happened when the temperatures in Boston plummeted.
Could it somehow be the fusible link to the battery? Any ideas?
THanks in advance.

Could be a bad battery, poor batt connections, or even bad ground. If this car came in to my shop I would load test the battery make sure its good. Clean the connections and then if batt ckd good. I would start inspecting the cables both ground and pos. Could be a poor connection somewhere.
