Default HELPP!!!96 honda accord..

hello
i put an aftermartket airintake kit, but the airfilter doesnt fit b/c of the battery, do i need a smaller battery?or slimmer battery?or is there anything i should do to get the round airfilter fit in?

Looks almost like you've gotten the wrong kit for the car. I installed an AEM CAI on my 95 and it fit just fine. Yours would seem to be heading to the general area as my AEM, but something is wrong....

Are you sure you have the right model? You haven't cut anything off; have you?

Hey watch out for the intake pipe because it will rub on your A/C lines. I've seen cars with a small hole in the a/c lines caused by the aftermarket intake pipe. Make sure you put something on the bottom of the intake pipe to protect the lines.

there's no way that's the right part.

even if it were, an intake with no support brackets is not a good idea.

wow did u make that? that is totally not for ur accord. i have the same car and fit perferct.

cut it into a ram intake, I cutted mine a while back and it fitted perfectly

you also have the wrong battery in your car, it should be facing the engine instead of the wheel well and the polarities should be on the opposite ends of the battery... barely got mine to fit that way
