we dont ride in your car so we dont know how your roads are.
Why not change the settings and drive around the block until you feel its comfortable enough.

I totally agree with FlyRomeo3. Its your car and no one else is driving your car! Set it to what ever you like.

And 92eg6 stop bumping your own post just to get an answer that you can answer on your own. This post is point less !!!!!!!!! You bump this post 3 times and still no answer.

And the answer to your question for stock setting. Use HONDA STOCK Struds and Springs for STOCK setting.

guess what. I do have Illuminas.

So yes, I do have a valid point when it comes to answering your question.
The same suggestion I offered was the same step I took setting the comfort level.
What I suggested is something every person will tell you.

Let me reiterate: Get in your car, drive around the block and adjust as needed.
We all sit behind a monitor so we dont know YOUR road conditions.
If YOUR roads are nice and smooth then you may get away with setting them all on 5 but it may be to stiff for you so you may have to set the fronts to 4 and the rear to 5.

Now Figure out the rest.

all i wanted was what other people were using, the roads near me are smooth and rough, it all depends on where i go. thank you for your reccomendation. at least u could do that.

all i did was ask for opinions not directions on how to try it myself then adjust.

its not dificult, and seems like more people on here want to aruge then just provide what u did
f=4
r=5

thats all i asked for was opinions... damn

thanks
