the f20b is more unique than the h22, but that only because they are hard to find, more expensive, and give less to the person.

an h22 will give you the best bang for your buck

they are litterally like the same engine performance wise, the h22 has more torque, but as we all know horsepower is the most important number as it take into account the power an engine makes as well as how long it holds it.

the times they put down will be very similar, but the h22 has more room to grow.

no its not, your going to plan the shit out of it, bench race like an idiot, never actually build it and eventually end up telling people about how the h22 is so much better than the f20 on a message board.

trust me, i know from experience, if you really want to start modifying cars start with the small stuff.

and dont forget that he will change his mind once he has the motor....and then sell the "project" motor on this forum. lol
just through in the motor.....stock!!! dont do pistons or head work. make sure the car runs....then build a parts lists. you dont need that "special" cam...."special" clutch. etc...until later

the F20b is a F22 with a H22 head the bottom ends are known to give out from what I hear ..the motor of choice is the H22 type-S motor !
