2000 Accord Shuts replacemet

I recently replace the shuts on my 2000 Honda Accord and it still sound like I need new ones. What do I need to do to resolve this proplem.

First of all what kind of noise are you experiencing and what kind of Struts did you replace it with and who installed it?
