Default Honda OEM radios .. that will fit 92' Accord(LX)

I've heard that some oem radios from other models/years Hondas... will fit a 1992 Accord. If so, exactly which years & models can be used as replacements? All input is appreciated. Thanks

if it's a 1 din (will have a radio and seperate cd player under it, or has radio and the slot under it) just about all accord and civic radios will fit. or it could be the 2 din (usually the 6CD changer radios in accords)

any radio pre-98 will work for you. What exactly are you looking for? An OEM CD Player? Or just a replacement?

I'm looking for a replacement radio/cassette w auto-reverse. No CD needed. My original unit has started playing tapes at almost "chipmunk" speed. Would like to personally repair that unit, but would need some assistance in troubleshooting. Professional repair, probably around $100. My alternative is to install a "lower mileage" oem unit. That idea sounds easier and less $$ to me.

I put the 2 din CD player out of my 98 into my 91. Needed a bit of custom work on the mounting bracket, but the harnesses for doing it are readily available on the Internet.
